Our rentals are located right in downtown Cotacachi. We are a half a block from the main drag (known as 10th of August or in Spanish, Diez de Agosto). This street is also known as ”leather Street” as this is where all the leather shops are located.
Primavera II Condominiums are located right in downtown Cotacachi in a private, quiet, garden enclave. We are a half a block from the main shopping district. This street is also known as ”leather Street”. This is where all the leather shops are located.
Primavera II Condominiums consists of four buildings each with eight condominimum units for a total of 32 apartments.
About half are occupied by permanent resident/owners and half are offered by absentee owners as seasonal rentals. The rentals are fully furnished and decorated to North American standards; with two bedrooms and two baths except for the studio/penthouses which are one bedroom and one bath.
They have all the amenities of home including flat screen TV’s, most with satellite cable service (inquire here mentioning the rental you like), wireless WIFI, microwaves, coffee pots, blenders, washer & dryer, full kitchen, dishes, pots and pans and utensils.
The units are fully furnished to North American standards, and include all linens and towels; actually a home away from home. No need for a converter, the electrical service is the same as North America. If cable service is an important decision in your choosing one of our properties please inquire as to the availability of service. We have had frequent disconnection problems with Direct TV.
Sorry, no pets or children under twelve allowed without the permission of the property owner (please inquire). Please advise us of the names and the number of guests that will be residing in the rental property.
Tenant check in is prohibited after 8pm under the HOA rules.
