Upscale custom made furniture throughout with an overstuffed sofa and two chairs. Enjoy your favorite programs on a 32 inch plasma TV connected to Direct TV (satellite cable).
The condominium is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, silverware and towels and linens. Everything you need for your "home away from home".
The condominium is very secure – one of 32 units behind gated and locked walls. Building is alarmed and condo is secured with a dead bolt lock. There are fantastic gardens within the complex – maintained by a professional gardener.
There are queen beds in both bedrooms and are covered with custom coverings. The master bedroom contains an en suite tub with a Jacuzzi tub.
The sun terrace is nicely furnished with custom made leather rockers and coffee table. The terrace also has a window seat – a wonderful place to drink your coffee in the morning and watch the sun glisten on the top of snow-capped Mt. Cotacachi.
And – you don’t need a car to get around. All the leather shops are a short walk away as are a multitude of restaurants and coffee shops. And taxis are inexpensive – you can go anywhere in Cotacachi for $1.00. And the currency – the good ole American Dollar. No problems with currency exchange.
Dress is short sleeves during the day and a light sweater or jacket in the evenings.
Cotacachi is a quaint little town nestled in the Andes Mountains and has just about the best of everything.
