A beautiful, well appointed two bedroom, two bath condo located in the heart of Cotacachi, Ecuador – the leather capital of Ecuador. An en-suite bath in the master bedroom which includes a double bed with night stands. The master bath contains a large tub and shower, the second bath has a large shower. You can enjoy a large, 43 inch, plasma television connected to Direct TV (satellite cable) with your favorite English channels available.
Fully furnished kitchen including new appliances (stove and large refrigerator) and microwave and coffee maker.This unit also has a new washer/dryer combination.
The condo is one of 32 units in a secure gated community with beautiful gardens and landscaping. You do not need a car. It's a short walk (one half block) to go downtown and see all the leather stores where you can buy anything made from leather imaginable. Many good restaurants are also available downtown. A short walk of about six blocks to the vegetable and meat markets gets you the freshest fruits, vegetables and meat. Four grocery stores are also within four or five blocks.
The weather is spring-like all year around. Dress is short sleeves during the day and a light jacket in the evenings. Also the currency in Ecuador is the U.S. dollar. No problems with exchanging currency.An absolutely wonderful location.
